SuperHotTaq DNA Polymerase HC, 30 U / µl, 1000 U

SuperHotTaq DNA Polymerase HC is a recombinant Taq polymerase with high specifity. Blocking with anti-Taq DNA polymerase monoclonal antibodies allows reaction set-up at room temperature. Fragments up to 5 kb can be amplified. The PCR products are free of unspecific products and primer-dimers. Suitable for amplification of complex genomic and cDNA templates. The high concentrated variants are to be used in diagnostic kit production or lab-on-a-chip applications. The glycerol-free variant is particulary suitable for lyophilization.
SuperHot Taq DNA Polymerase high concentrated is available as variant with 30 U/µl and as glycerol-free variant. These products are not available in our webshop. Please contact us if you are interested.
