TaqMan Master Mix contains all necessary components for PCR: polymerase, magnesium salts, dNTPs, water and optimized reaction buffer. Only primer and template have to be added by the user. This liquid Master Mix is 2x concentrated and has to be stored at -20 °C. Working with Master Mixes saves time, reduces the risk of contamination and simplifies the entire workflow. This Master Mix is optimized especially for TaqMan assays with higher magnesium chloride concentration.
TaqMan Master Mix is suitable for all regular PCR applications and also pathogen detection up to 5 kb.
Supplied with PCR water and additional MgCl2.
