BOLA Gassing Stirrer with 4 Blades PTFE-jacketed stainless steel shaft, propeller with four blades completely made of PTFE. Clockwise rotation of the shaft produces a vacuum behind the stirrer blades. By this vacuum, the gas is transported from the gas compartment through the hollow shaft and into the product. The rotation speed depends on the fluid level and the immersion depth: e. g. 430 rpm are necessary at 150mm, and 690 rpm are necessary at 350 mm. The length of the shaft and the suction pipe can be adapted individually. Minimum one baffle is imperative for proper operation (Cat.No. C 490-..). Universal chemical resistance, the product is only exposed to PTFE.
