Robust, user-friendly construction of a penetration thermometer, suitable for measurements in soils, composts, straw and bulk materials.
The waterproof penetration probe is fitted with a sturdy handle with non-slip rubber padand allows vigorous penetration into soils and compost.
Complete with indicator for thermocouple type K (NiCr-Ni).
Technical data:
Measuring range: depending on application -100 to 800°C
for soil and compost from 0 to 120°C
Accuracy: ±1°C in the range from -20 to +180°C
Diameter of penetration probe: 8 mm
