Amersham™ Protran Supported Nitrocellulose Sample Pack for Western Blotting : 1 x Protran Supported 0.2 µm (80 x 90 mm) within 2 x 3MM Chr filter papers, 5 sandwiches.
Amersham™ Protran Supported 0.2 µm SAMPLE PACK contains 5 sheets of 8x9 cm supported nitrocellulose membrane (pore size 0.2µm), preassembled in Western blotting membrane sandwiches together with 2x3MM Chr filter paper. Amersham Protran Supported membranes consist of nitrocellulose supported by an inert polyester non-woven material within the membrane. The support does not affect transfer conditions or results but gives the membrane exceptional handling characteristics, allowing reprobing. The binding capacity is 120-150µg IgG/cm2.
