Amersham Protran 0.2 µm NC SAMPLE PACK contains 5 sheets of 8x9 cm precut 100% pure nitrocellulose membrane (0.2µm pore size), preassembled in Western blotting membrane sandwiches together with 2x3MM Chr filter paper. Optimal for blotting of proteins <20 kDa using chemiluminescent detection methods. The sandwiches couples ease of use with excellent sensitivity and resolution, ideal for chemiluminescent Western blotting as well as in most commonly used labeling and detection systems. Binding capacity: 150-200 µg IgG/cm2.
