Optimal for blotting of proteins >20 kDa using chemiluminescent detection methods. Amersham Hybond 0.45µm is a robust and chemically membrane, compatible with a range of solvents used for rapid destaining, making it ideal for stripping and reprobing. Binding capacity is 200-250 µg IgG/cm2.
