The variable stirring shaft is specially designed for use in the MyFerm III (IV) stirring reactors. The magnetic stirrer is held from the top as well as in the middle of the vessel, which enables safe and reproducible mixing. Your cells cannot be crushed between the magnetic stirring tool and the bottom of the vessel.
The stirring element is exchangeable and a use of 400 -500 revolutions/minute is possible.
In addition, the entire set is autoclavable, which facilitates cleaning and sterilisation.
Exemplary applications: Mixing of liquids, dissolving of solids, fermentation processes.
