The Chemvac Combination Pump Systems are used for producing fine vacuum. They are corrosion optimized combinations of a two stage rotary vane pump with a chemically resistant diaphragm pump. The rotary vane pump is connected on the intake side to a recipient and evacuates it. With a delay the integrated diaphragm pump evacuates the inside of the oil housing. This vacuum prevents the gases from the working valve of the rotary vane pump from condensing and conveys them through a separator system into the exhaust air. Advantages:
